2 Degrees of ToolBank is a free, structured networking event for you—our community partners. We’ll get together at one time in one space (the ToolBank), feed you, share your unmet needs/challenges, then connect you to other partners who could help you solve these challenges. It’s that simple!

Spaces are limited. First-come, first-serve for this free event!

Past events have helped our partners with connections to a diversity of resources, specifically:

* Volunteer groups

* Grants, including guidance in grant writing

* Community artists

* Master gardeners

* And so much more!

Background: Every day, we fill tool orders for partners who work to strengthen and celebrate our shared community. We see our neighborhoods through a unique lens as we empower partners throughout the region. Almost every day, we connect one partner to another. 2 Degrees of ToolBank allows us to take a more intentional approach. This event will help us connect partners so we can work together to solve some of the most entrenched challenges we face in our community work. This collaboration will make our community tighter and stronger. True to our founding principles, the ToolBank is a sharing resource. We share tools and equipment–now we want to share knowledge and skills.

We make no assumptions about your challenges but do know that working together gives us our best chance of resolving them.

Through communication and collaboration we have a feeling there will be less need for commiseration. Let’s take the opportunity to channel our challenges into positive action in partnership.

This event is free, though we suggest a $5 donation at the door so we can keep innovating on behalf of our network.
