The Inaugural Baltimore County Afro Soul Festival is a fusion of African culture, Caribbean culture, and African American culture which has resulted in a rich and vibrant tapestry of traditions, art, music, and food. The FREE Afro Soul Festival will celebrate culture through food, music, and dance.

Our lineup of performers includes Afro soul artist, Hip hop artist, spoken word poets, African dancing/drumming and a DJ playing the latest hits of Reggae, Afro Beats and more.
