Admission – $20 donation + 3 canned food items.

Break a sweat before the feast! Trot on over to Federal Hill Fitness before the Thanksgiving festivities begin. We’ll be hosting our Annual Charity Turkey Burn Workout. All donations will be in support of the Maryland Food Bank.

Register
$20 donation and 3 canned food items- Register in advance through MindBody or by stopping by our front desk before the 28th. 100% of the proceeds from the registration and canned food items will be donated to the Maryland Food Bank.

30 Min Biker Barre with Laura Higgs Gaba
30 Min TRX HIIT with Nikki Giovana

Biker Barre combines an intense 20 minute ride followed by a barre series to burn your muscles into a sculpted masterpiece. Barre moves consist of small pulsing movements with great attention to detail and form. Concentration on glutes (seat!), abs (tummy!), and upper arms (flab be gone!). All fitness levels welcome and encouraged.

Get a taste of Nikki’s specialty TRX class during this 30 minute workout. Don’t worry, if you’re hooked, we offer specialty classes! Developed for use by Navy Seals, suspension training is a revolutionary method of leveraged body weight exercises. Safe and effective for all fitness levels, build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and prevent injuries at your own intensity level. Full body workout.
