As an active soloist and a sought-after chamber musician, pianist Teodora Adzharova performs throughout the Baltimore-Washington region, frequently collaborating with musicians from both the Peabody Institute and the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. An avid proponent of new music, Adzharova has often appeared with the Now Hear This ensemble, and her recordings have been broadcast on American Public Media’s Performance Today. Adzharova is also a co-founder and Artistic director of the Annunciation Cathedral Concert Series in Baltimore, and is currently a faculty member at the Peabody Conservatory, Peabody Preparatory and the Community College of Baltimore County. International violinist and music director Yonatan Grinberg is the founder of the Chamber Encounters concert series, artfully constructed by diverse programming, and creative interaction between the performers and the audience to create a lively and dynamic experience for audiences in the Greater Baltimore area. Grinberg has performed as soloist, concertmaster and chamber musician in venues around the world, such as the Concertgebouw Hall in Amsterdam, the Israeli Opera Hall in Tel Aviv, and the Philharmonic Hall in Zagreb. After touring for eight years with the Arab-Jewish Youth Orchestra in Israel and Europe, and witnessing the healing power of music in areas of harsh conflict, Grinberg has devoted himself to using music to mend hearts and make the world a better place.
