Free admission

Did you resolve to take up a new hobby in 2020? Get outside more? Learn more about your neighborhood? Or maybe you got a new pair of binoculars that you’re dying to test out. This walk is open to all experience levels, but we will start with some quick tips on using your binoculars and identifying some winter birds. It’s a great time to learn before the madness of spring migration!

No registration is required, just arrive ready to explore. We have binoculars to lend you – please request them in advance via email at [email protected].

Meet at the fountain in the northwest corner of Patterson Park, closest to the intersection of E. Lombard St. & S. Patterson Park Ave. There is no driving in the park.
