Join The Real News Network and Ida B’s Table in celebrating the 156th Birthday of the pioneering journalist and anti-lynching activist, Ida B. Wells.

 

Featuring:

Michelle Duster, the great granddaughter of Ida B. Wells and Sen. Nina Turner, president of Our Revolution.
Senator Turner will host an open conversation with Duster, a living descendant of Wells. The two will discuss Wells’ sacrifices and radical spirit. Attendees are invited to join the conversation through Q & A session.

Guests can participate in a silent auction to benefit the Ida B. Wells Memorial Foundation. Enjoy a meet & greet and book signing with Michelle Duster and order from a special menu of Chef David’s most popular dishes.
