Gibney’s Hands are for Holding® is a workshop series that uses dance and movement to engage in conversation about healthy relationships, cyber-abuse, equity, boundaries, and consent in everyday interactions. At this workshop, you will have an opportunity to:

Experience self-care and embodiment practices and tools

Witness a video performance that depicts characteristics of healthy and unhealthy relationships

Dialogue around topics such as cyber-abuse, boundaries, and consent • Learn and share resources that support young people

No dance experience is necessary!
