 Join r.bar’s lead bartender, James Christian Parent, for a special holiday edition of our r.bar Spirits Academy.

In this workshop, learn the history of punches, 3 classic recipes and culinary techniques as you prepare for the holiday season. You will be served three courses of punch during the workshop and will receive the following at the conclusion of the workshop:

• 2 8oz mason jars of punch (2 servings each) in a stapled bag, per MD law.
• A container of Oleo Saccharum
• Recipe cards & program notes
• Certificate of Completion

r.bar Spirits Academy is a hands-on workshop series that delves into the art and science of spirits and cocktail techniques. Participants learn classic and modern recipes taught by r.bar bartenders, as they sample through delectable concoctions.
