Molina Pizze & Polpette is a modern take on a New Haven style pizza and meatball shop. Their menu features classics like the Parma, with parmigiano reggiano, pecornio, lemon oil, and local arugula, prosciutto. The Terra is an earthy lemon-sunflower seed pesto topped with crispy kale, cashew ricotta, and roasted squash. Check out the Henrietta for a pie topped parmesan, wild mushrooms, shallots, spinach, gorgonzola dulce, and aged balsamic drizzle. And of course, we couldn’t have polpette without Nonna’s Meatballs, made with dry aged beef, parmigiano reggiano, and served steaming with a house marinara! Come for the aperitivo at r. bar.
