The Baltimore Times and Times Community Services, Inc. will continue its mission to acknowledge and honor outstanding leaders who have made a significant difference in the lives of others in the Baltimore, Maryland community at large.

The Baltimore Times newspaper celebrates 33 years of bringing positive and empowering stories to the people of Maryland. Our publications, The Baltimore Times and The Annapolis Times, along with our non-profit foundation, Times Community Services, Inc. work to uplift and celebrate the human spirit and the power within all people to improve their quality of life and that of their community.

We have given special recognition to men and women who have exemplified those ideals with our signature event, Positive People awards since 1992.

The Baltimore Times Positive People Awards, which will be held November 13, 2019 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Horseshoe Casino.
