We invite young & old to discover Nature Art in the Park installations along the enchanting woodland trails of Gwynns Falls/Leakin Park. There will be an Artists Reception on Saturday, June 23 from 2-5pm free to the public, which includes guided walks, artist performances, live music, yoga lessons, and light refreshments. We are hoping to be past the never-ending deluge, but set a Rain Date of Sunday, June 24 just in case! (same time)

The Artists’ Reception will be held at the gazebo and picnic area just to the north of the historic Orianda House (1901 Eagle Drive, Baltimore 21207). Parking is in lot off 4999 Windsor Mill Road Baltimore 21207, near the park’s Eagle Drive entrance. Some of the trails can be rocky in parts so wear a hardy pair of shoes!

For those that have not been to the park, most of the trails are not in the lower valley section, but along the higher ridge that overlooks the valley and was once part of the Crimea Estate with its Historic Orianda House and Chapel, and now includes such institutions as the Baltimore Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound Center and the Carrie Murray Nature Center.
