OUR SIX-TO-FIX REVEAL AND BENEFIT IS NOT TO BE MISSED

On October 19, 2017, Preservation Maryland will host their annual Six-to-Fix Benefit party! Funds raised during this exciting high-profile event support the Preservation Maryland Six-to-Fix program that helps save endangered historic sites for future generations. Be there as we announce the next six threatened historic resources to recieve a comprehensive package of aid that will help place the sites on the path to preservation.

THE PARKER METAL BUILDING

The benefit will be hosted at the adaptively reused Parker Metal Building. Originally built for the Parker Metal Decorating Company, the building is listed on the National Register of Histroic Places. It has large floor plans, numerous windows, plentiful parking, and distinctive architecture and is currently being developed into a 50,000 square foot modern office building. When completed, the building will house efficient, unique space with all new state-of-the-art mechanical and electrical systems. Be one of the first to see this new and exciting space in South Baltimore!
