Warm the Soul with delicious soups created along side of Chef Dan Wecker!

We limit our classes to only 10 guests in order to allow plenty of time with the talented Chef Dan Wecker. With our hands on class learn how to develop soup bases and complex flavors then enjoy a full dinner based on what you have prepared and a glass of Chef-paired wine.

MENU

-Greens of the Moment Salad

-Create a more complex Cream of Baltimore soup out of simple and delicious bases such as Potato Leek and Sweet Potato Curry Crab soup

-Minestrone (Italian Vegetable Soup)

-Split Pea Soup (Potage St. Germain and Potage Mongol)

-Fresh Bread

Featured Wine: Cotes Du Rhone Blanc Chateau De Marjolet
