The Arc Baltimore will hold its 28th Annual Golf Tournament on Monday, May 23, at The Hillendale Country Club, 13700 Blenheim Road N in Phoenix, MD.

The Arc’s Annual Golf Tournament features an 8 a.m. shotgun start and 18 holes of golf, including special holes and opportunities to win individual, team, and door prizes. Festivities begin at 7 a.m. with registration and a continental breakfast. Golfers will wrap up the day with lunch and a chance to bid on a great assortment of items during the annual silent auction.

“The Golf Tournament has become one of The Arc Baltimore’s largest annual fund raisers, contributing nearly $100,000 each year toward programs and services which allow individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently, work in meaningful jobs, and enjoy friendships and activities in the community,” says Kathleen Durkin, the organization’s Chief Executive Officer.

“The generosity of our golfers and a host of corporate sponsors – including our title sponsor, Scientific Plant Services – has helped The Arc Baltimore to continue its support for these individuals despite continuing financial challenges, which have worsened in the wake of the pandemic and the added burden it has placed on our limited resources,” Durkin continues.

Sponsorship opportunities for the 28th Annual Golf Tournament, ranging from as low as $250 to as high as $6,000 for the “Eagle Plus” sponsor level, still remain. Sponsors enjoy a wide range of benefits, including company logo recognition on-site throughout the tournament and in advance through event advertising, promotions, and social media.

Golfers can register now. Participation in The Arc Baltimore’s 28th Annual Golf Tournament is $200 for individual golfers and $800 for foursomes.
