BENEFITING: 100% of the proceeds from the Old Line Calcutta will benefit the Valleys Planning Council. For more than five decades, the VPC has been at the forefront of land use planning and preservation techniques in northwestern Baltimore County. Its mission: Conserving open space; protecting Baltimore County’s agricultural, natural, historic and scenic resources; and working to promote a balanced and rational use of the land for the benefit of present and future generations.
