Macho Mingle (June 8, 2016) Charlie Hatter, Prime Building Advantage principal/ Monument Sotheby’s International Realty co-founder, and Guy Filipelli, RedOwl Analytics president/CEO, threw an (almost) all male happy hour at Loch Bar for a few dozen of their closest friends and business associates. Although a few female business associates made brief appearances, the sea breezes outside the chic seafood house at the Four Seasons Baltimore were thick with testosterone.
