Pitching for Kids (September 14, 2016) Fans of Hall of Famer Jim Palmer got to get up-close-and-personal with their idol at the “Hall of Fame Evening” at the Hard Rock Café, which benefited the Casey Cares Foundation. The former Baltimore Oriole and current announcer signed copies of his book, “Nine Innings To Success,” and posed for pics with most of the guests – many of whom had made it a family event. There seemed to be several father-son duos in attendance.
