Art Extravaganza (October 21, 2016) The Arc Baltimore threw its “15th Annual Art in the Round” shindig at the Grand Lodge in Hunt Valley. Guests wined and dined, and bid on all sorts of artworks – all created by artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
