Souper Social (March 25, 2017) Within a course of 4 hours, some 2,000 folks passed through the Exhibition Hall of the Timonium Fairgrounds for St. Vincent de Paul’s 11th annual “Empty Bowls” event.

There, they could buy handcrafted ceramic bowls created by local artists, students and volunteers, and use those bowls (or the disposal ones also provided) to try a variety of soups offered up by a number of local restaurants at food stations around the room.
