The annual “Wine In The Winter” event – put on by Emerging Leaders United (ELU), United Way of Central Maryland’s young professionals group at the Inner Harbor’s Visitor Center – pulled in a sold-out crowd, who enjoyed an evening of mixing and mingling, along with wine and food pairings.
