The Baltimore Rock Opera Society’s fourth annual fundraising bash was indeed “Swanktacular.” Guests immersed themselves in the party’s 1920’s speakeasy theme (they were encouraged to go for “outlandish 20’s attire) as they enjoyed food, drink, music and dancing.
