The Wilkes Grand Opening

Chasen Construction and Development celebrated the grand opening of its newest apartment building, The Wilkes, in Baltimore’s historic Fells Point neighborhood with great food, great music and a great environment to explore.

The boutique, 10-unit apartment at 1719 Eastern Avenue marks the fifth delivery for Chasen in 2019, with seven more on the horizon for 2020.
A celebration of details at every corner, The Corner Pantry catered the event…
Aaron Joseph tended bar and provided the evening’s specialty cocktails, the Holiday Mule and Papa’s Orchard, while DJ Impulse spun tracks in the lobby to set the mood.
