Puppies, firefighters, yoga, and breakfast…what more could you want?!

On Sunday, July 28th, join us at the Pikesville Volunteer Fire Company as we partner with Fidos For Freedom, a non-profit organization who trains and provides service/therapy dogs for people in need, for our first ever Puppy Yoga fundraiser.

Enjoy a relaxing yoga session, surrounded by adorable dogs, all while supporting the two non-profit organizations. The classes are appropriate for all levels of yoga experience, taught by the amazing Dena Leibowitz, founder of Zenlife.

The schedule is as follows….

9:00 – 9:45: Yoga Session #1

9:45 – 10:45: Light breakfast sponsored by Giant Foods, FirstWatch, and Trader Joe’s, meet & greet with dogs, Fidos presentation

10:45 – 11:30: Yoga Session #2

A few important notes…

  – Anyone below the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

  – Classes will start promptly so feel free to arrive early to set up.

  – Yoga mats will NOT be provided. For your convenience, we have added the option to purchase mats when you checkout. They will be available for pick up on the day of the event.

  – We CANNOT allow any pets. Unfortunately, this is an insurance related concern and this rule will be strictly enforced.
