Scads of folks roamed the streets of Baltimore’s Little Italy to see what was on those streets – incredible chalk paintings they could watch artists from around the world create on the pavement before them. A number of vendors and performers added to the atmosphere of the 3-day festival…not to mention the fabulous Italian food and wine available from Little Italy eateries.
