Men Impact Change (M.I.C)  is a multicultural organization whose mission is to honor men of impact and engage them in mentoring our boys and young men.

Founded in 2014. Attracts a diverse audience of over 350! Honored 56 Men since 2014! We are the male version of Black Girls Rock!

Honoring the men advancing the Legacy of Change in 4 major categories: Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Education, and Philanthropy. The last category goes to a Lifetime Honoree

The theme this year is: Business and Legacy Building

The ambassador of Kenya to the U.S will be in attendance along with powerful dynamic speakers lined up for you!

Keynote Speakers by Dr. Damien Myers, BMe Organizer and Damion Cooper M.TH, Founder at Project Pneuma. Our Keynote Speakers were previously honored by former president Barack Obama himself!

Our celebrity hosts; Robert Burale, and the Poet Masterpiece, whose work has been featured on CNN!

The Gen X panelists: Will Holmes, KCFA former president Lucas Kimani, Baltimore’s own Sadiq Ali, Ps. Jack Redmond and Peter Karenge!

Millennials and Gen Z panelists: Kyle Dendy, Roy Kamau both from Texas. Derick Ebert from Baltimore and Wandago Chege-Arum, Morgan state VP at the school of social work club and former Mister Sophomore.
