The Power of DEIB Strategies, How Businesses Win & Communities Grow” is a half-day program designed to illustrate the importance for organizations to embrace the values of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB). Powerful community and business leaders will provide insights, successes and ideas for implementing DEIB policies and strategies to help businesses and communities thrive. They’ll discuss ways to build a more inclusive and diverse work environment that allows employees to flourish and businesses to prosper, as well as how to incorporate business practices that include wealth creation and opportunities for minority or underrepresented groups.
