The In Good Health Wellness Expo & Holiday Market arrives in Baltimore at our headquarters on Fleet Street on November 17, just in time for the holidays! With a focus on wellness, and nutrition and health, this FREE event features world-renowned speakers such as Dr. Lorenzo Cohen and Alison Jeffries, MEd, authors of Anticancer Living: Transform your Life and Health with the Mix of Six; Cynthia Kupper, CEO of the Gluten Intolerance Group; Dr. Peter D’Adamo, author of Eat Right for your Type; and a baking demonstration from gluten-free baking pioneer Jules Shepard of gfJules. Throughout the event, there will be a holiday pop-up market filled with handmade, natural, and eco-friendly gifts, just in time for the holidays.
