All Attendees that wish to be seated together for the UC Star Awards  Dinner and Dance must register on Eventbrite together in one transaction or you can mail in ALL REGISTRATIONS together in the same envelope at the same time. Tables are in groups of 10 and groups of 12.

No tickets will be sold at the door. All times subject to change. No one under 18 yrs of age will be allowed to attend the Meet & Greet. Anyone under 18 yrs of age must leave the UC Star Awards Dinner & Show at 11pm.

Registration Policy:

The person registering is required to register in the name which is on their Valid Government Issued Picture ID. Nicknames or aliases are not accepted. A legible email address, which is accessible to the registrant, is also required on the registration form. If an individual is registering more than one person, each registrant must be identified by their individual contact information.

Check-In Policy:

When a person arrives, they must Check-In with their Valid Government Issued Picture ID.   If the name on the ID doesn’t match the name on registration form, they will not be allowed to Check-In.   At Check-In, only YOU can Check-In for yourself.  You can only check in during our registration hours.

Upon Check-In, your wrist will be affixed with a waterproof wristband and lanyard for your neck.   Both must be worn the entire weekend and is your All Access Weekend Pass.  If you refuse or forget to wear both items, you will be denied entry and no monies will be returned.  If your waterproof wristband is removed or tampered with, you will be denied entry and no monies will be returned.

Refund and Transfer Policy:

The Union Crew DOES NOT refund for event cancellations due to medical illness, family emergencies, loss of employment, job relocation, death of a loved one, military deployment, lateness or any other reasons not listed above. The registrant can transfer their registration within the transfer policy timeline. The transfer is completely the responsibility of the registrant.

If the registrant has paid and doesn’t attend the event and would like the contents of their registration package mailed, the $20.00 shipping fee will be their responsibility.

Travel Insurance Info:

The Union Crew DOES NOT refund for event cancellations outside of our Refund and Transfer Policy. For this reason, we encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance. For assistance in obtaining travel coverage, we recommend INSUREMYTRIP website to review and compare various insurance options to see if it meets your needs.  This is only a RECOMMENDATION.   Union Crew is not affiliated with this site.

 Transfer Policy:

Registration transfers will be allowed until December 1, 2021. *NO EXCEPTIONS* The registrant must notify the Union Crew via our email address, [email protected] to obtain the required instructions. There will be a $35.00 service charge per person for all transfers.

T shirts, Towels and Hoodies:

T shirts come in size S-5x, Hoodies only come in S-3X. If you order an item and do not pick it up, there will be a $20.00 shipping fee to mail it to you.

 Liability Policy:

The Union Crew nor any of its representatives are, not as an organization or individually, responsible or liable for any personal theft, personal injury, damaged personal property, personal medical expenses, personal hospitalization or death as a result of a guest’s voluntary participation in any activities sponsored or given by the Union Crew organization at the time of the event or any time in the future.

 Covid-19 Update-Where we stand

This document follows the guidance of trusted organizations like the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and local, state and federal health authorities.

At the present time, Baltimore city requires mask in doors. Attendees must always wear a properly fitting face covering/mask that aligns with CDC guidelines. Approved face coverings include masks that have two or more layers of washable breathable fabric, completely cover your nose and mouth, fit snugly against the sides of your face, and don’t have gaps, have a nose wire to prevent air from leaking out of the top of the mask, and have not been worn more than two times.

The UC Star Awards Committee requires all participants to share proof of COVID-19 vaccination card or their negative COVID-19 test results which was taken within 72 hours of checking into our event. All costs of testing are the responsibility of the attendee. Onsite testing may be required at your expense, if you arrive without your vaccination card or negative test results. If you are not vaccinated, please get tested within 72 hours before you arrive here at our event. CVS or Walgreens usually provides results the next day. If you have any questions or concerns in reference to our vaccination card or covid 19 test requirements, please send an email by November 1, 2021 stating your concerns.
