Street Style: May Flowers & Power

By Sascha Wolhandler

Baltimore bustled with fashion fervor during the month of May.  A long, flowery wrap atop a scooter driver and a fierce goth fashion gal at a lunchtime 7/11 brought a humorous moment to street style’s impact. While towards the end of the month as wedding and graduation moments ushered in flowers of fancy and pastels to the forefront, headgear reigned. Fascinators (that British import) brought fearless extravagance to Maryland’s fashion moment.  Move over Kentucky Derby and stand by, Belmont Stakes, our Maryland ladies just don’t disappoint.
